Many years ago, most restaurants and other commercial dining facilities used 100% cotton or 50/50 blend table linens. Then something happened that changed the way thousands of properties understood the concept of value vis-à-vis restaurant table linens.

That something was the launch of a new line of 100% polyester commercial table linen fabrics by Milliken & Company. These new "smart fabrics" were specifically designed to last for many washes, retain their color and resist stains. They were also designed to be softer and more absorbent than previous 100% polyester fabrics. The result was dramatically improved value for the end user. Milliken Table Linen became the dominant brand of commercial table linens in the market and the rest, as they say, is history.

Over the years, Milliken & Company has continued to refine and improve their line of commercial grade table linens. In addition to improvements in the areas mentioned above, recent efforts have (successfully) focused on reducing energy costs associated with "processing" (washing/drying) Milliken Table Linens.

In the great sweep of human history, it may not be the most compelling story ever told, but it's one in which we've played a proud role as a nearly 30 year manufacturer of Milliken Table Linens. (Incidentally, we remain one of the few "made in the USA" manufacturers of Milliken Table Linens.)
