Artwork Guidelines

1. Your quoted ship date is contingent upon timely submission of useable artwork.
2. Useable artwork is digital, vector and print-ready. Any required manipulation of artwork by Ameritex Industries will be billed at $50/hr (30 min minimum).
3. All fonts should be converted to outlines or curves.
4. Colors - Desired PMS color #(s) for each color in your artwork should be noted. Artwork submitted must reflect actual colors to be reproduced OR be submitted in black & white and labeled.
5. Size - Desired size of artwork at final output should be noted.
6. Location - Desired artwork placement on product should be noted.
7. Your company name, job name and purchase order number should all be noted on artwork.
8. All decorated orders are subject to 5% over/underrun. If a minimum quantity is required, Ameritex Industries reserves the right to run up to 10% over to prevent any possibility of underrun.
