Digital camera-ready artwork is required. All art files are to be “print ready”. See Guidelines For Submitting Artwork

 

 

 

Credit Policy

-

Please allow approximately 10 business days after complete Credit Application has been submitted for a credit decision to be returned. No action will be taken on any order for any customer until credit has been established OR acceptable pre-payment has been received (see “Pre-payment, Methods of”).

 

 

 

Custom Orders

-

A custom order is considered to be any item that is non-returnable. This includes: custom cuts, custom fabric, custom colors, and ALL decorated products. ALL custom orders require a 50% pre-payment BEFORE any work begins. If a customer HAS NOT established credit, the balance is due BEFORE shipping. If a customer HAS established credit, the customer’s credit line can be used to satisfy the balance (if balance due is more than customer's credit limit that amount must be paid before shipping). IN THE EVENT A CUSTOM ORDER IS CANCELLED WHILE IN-PROCESS, ALL AMERITEX EXPENSES BECOME DUE AND PAYABLE UPON CANCELLATION.

 

 

 

Delivery

-

Ameritex has an outstanding record of on-time delivery. However, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries by common carrier, unexpected market conditions, or import delays.

 

 

 

Drop Shipments

-

Ameritex ships in your name (our distributor). However, for each additional "Ship To" address after the first, a $10 administrative fee will be added to your invoice.

 

 

 

Orders / Change Orders

-

All orders must be communicated in writing. Any change to an order in-house must also be communicated in writing and accepted by an officer of Ameritex Industries, Inc. Any changes to your order once submitted will very likely delay your quoted ship date. An order is not considered "received" until ALL critical details of the order are finalized. These critical details include, but are not limited to the following: a completed purchase order, submission of acceptable art and PMS colors (if applicable), required delivery date, and ship to address(es).

 

 

 

Overruns & Underruns

-

Orders are considered complete with a 5% overrun or underrun (10% on all Jacquard, printed Display Cloths, and overseas manufacturing). Shortages will not be re-run. If a minimum quantity is needed, this requirement MUST be stated on the Purchase Order.

 

 

 

Pre-payment, Methods of

-

Acceptable methods of pre-payment are as follows: 

  1. Cashier's Check
  2. Company Check (allow 5 business days)
  3. Credit Card –Master Card, Visa, and American Express
  4. Wire Transfer

Pre-production Prints

 

-

One pre-production print will be produced and delivered at no charge for all custom orders (for Display Cloth orders 30 pieces or greater only, for jacquard towels see Price List). Pre-production print approval IS REQUIRED for all custom orders unless both the Pre-production Waiver and Terms & Conditions forms have been signed and dated. This proofing policy exists for everyone’s protection. NOTE: A slight color variation may occur between the pre-production print and the full order.

 

 

 

Quotations

-

All price quotations are valid for 30 days. All ship dates are quoted ARO (After Receipt of Order) and are subject to fabric and production availability. Published prices (not quoted) are subject to change without notice.

 

 

 

Return Policy

-

An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) must be issued by the factory BEFORE any return of product will be accepted. Once an RGA has been issued, all standard (non-custom) blanks may be returned with a 20% re-stock fee + freight. No returns or adjustments after 15 days from date of invoice. DECORATED ITEMS AND CUSTOM BLANKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

 

 

 

Sample Policy

-

Samples are offered at “first column” pricing plus shipping and are non-returnable. Samples are stocked in white only. All samples must be purchased by credit card unless credit terms have previously been established.

 

 

 

Variances

-

Variances in weight, size, and imprint location of +/- 7% are considered to be within acceptable manufacturing tolerances. Product colors may vary from one lot to the next. We do not guarantee exact color matching on re-orders.
